Hello my loyal subjects,

How is everyone? How are you all? Are things going well for everyone? I'd like to know. I feel like I haven't spoken to people as much as I should have.

Well, only a short update. It has been an eventful few weeks. I've entered a new decade into my life's story. Which was initially depressing and sent me into a brief introspective, brooding mode. But since then I undertook the DV Mission task again this year and was part of a team to make a two minute film in 48 hours! My dispersed friends were brought back together for two whole days and we made a film I'm very proud of. We didn't win anything this year unfortantely but I don't care in the slightest because it was just too much fun. Should anyone care enough, here is the link:

As far as Uni work is going... hmmm. It's interesting. The third year's dissertation film is all over the place. I'm regretting signing up for it to be honest. Too late now. I'm not going to abandon it - I could, but I won't. I walked in on thursday to find that my Director Of Photography had left the group - politics - and that the script was in fact not being rewritten. Now it seems it is being rewritten but by the original writer... We'll see how that goes won't we I suppose.
I'll say one thing though, it has made me completely decided that I am going to write a screenplay as my dissertation and not a make a short film. I just don't want to work with others in that class. They're all nice enough but it's so political on that course I just can't be arsed with it. And at the end of the day it is my degree. So bugger it. Forty five page screenplay it is.

I still haven't written my necromancer/demon script. But I'm going to do it tomorrow- well today. It's nearly 1am now. I'm now slightly distracted with my preliminary idea for my dissertation script. An archaeologist in the 1910s in Egypt, gets murdered and sucked into the Egyptian afterlife trials. That's a shit pitch but it's better in my head, trust me.

What else is happening? Oh well I've successfully got other people in my class to realise they can write what they want. They don't have to write something domestic! And they've got it! Finally! It's amazing.
I've got essays coming up, but I'm happily ignoring them, I have a presentation to do on friday but I'm ignoring that too. I have filming on monday and tuesday which I'm not looking forward to, but I'll be glad when it's over and done with. Then I won't have to do anything more except in an advisory capacity. That is is the wonderful thing about being in second year. we specialise our roles, so once we've done our pieces, we don't all have to be present for the work to get done. Which is nice.

Anyway, I think I've rambled on for quite enough now. So I'm going to go away now.

Very. They look great! I don't mean to sound rude, but I had no idea you had such an eye for this! Your snow in hove ones are great and the mac one makes mac's seem - dare I say it - cool...? Which is a big thing for me to bring myself to say!

I'm the Doctor. I'm a Timelord. I'm from the planet Gallifrey in the constellation of Kasterborous. I'm 903 years old and I'm the man who's going to save you lives and all six billion people on the planet below. You got a problem with that?
:iconrichardsim7:
Nah not rude at all, it's not like I wandered around with a camera at school :p

Hey, macs ARE cool!

Yeah I miss snow day, shame I had to work :(

I have this little thing where I HATE macs. Sorry. I just HATE them.

I was at Uni on snow day. I got to see a bit of it which was nice. Too bad it doesn't happen more often.

Any particular reason why? Did they rape and pillage the population of Burgess Hill? Did Steve Jobs kill your dog?
:icondraculasaurus:
thanks for the fave.
:iconthe-13th-doctor:
Not at all sir! It's brilliant! :-)

I'm currently working on a 10th to 11th regeneration pic myself and this made me smile. Very nicely done indeed.

Oh thank you! Your appreciation is, er... appreciated. Ha ha. If you like the Lorne one you might like the Illyria one I've just done.
